As a member of the International Women’s Club of Lausanne (IWC), I agree to the following Participation & Responsibility Waiver and Photograph Release Policy.

IWC Participation and Responsibility Waiver

I acknowledge I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the activities of the International Women’s Club of Lausanne (IWC) and have determined that I am of sufficient health and physical capability to participate. I release from liability the members and the institution for any damage, injury or death to myself resulting from my participation in IWC activities.  Furthermore, I understand that I am responsible for my conduct and decisions while participating in the activities, and I agree to participate in a safe and cooperative manner that supports the objectives of the IWC.

Member’s contact information can only be used for personal purposes by IWC Members.  Use for commercial ventures or any other purpose is strictly forbidden.

Member’s contact information policy

We only hold details of our current membership held in a secure Membership Database. Member`s contact information is also shared on the IWC Members only Facebook group for members to be able to contact one another. Member’s contact information will be deleted from the IWC Membership Database and Facebook group once you cease to be a member of the IWC.

You can request a copy of the information the IWC holds about you at any time by contacting: membership@iwc-lausanne.org.

IWC Photograph Release Policy

Photographs of Club activities, including those shared on the IWC Members Only Facebook group, will commonly be posted on the public website or used for promotional purposes of the IWC-Lausanne. If you do not wish for your photograph to be used, please contact: iwc@iwc-lausanne.org.
