Free Trial. One hour of full body exercises with weekly variations, plus a breathing technique and a guided relaxation. Improve your fitness, balance, concentration and alignment. All levels, beginner to advanced, are welcome – variations in postures allow you to work at your own level. Each class has a full body workout with different postures every session, one breathing technique, and a short guided relaxation. Teaching is in authentic Indian tradition. Practice is dynamic yet non-competitive.
Kumkum Seth is certified by Sivananda Yoga and Bihar School (Satyananda) Yoga. She has taught extensively (including training teachers) across India, Asia and Europe since 1990.
