Breathe & Relax
About this event :
Practice breath awareness and Yogic breathing exercises, and learn techniques of relaxation and short meditation. Use them outside class to handle stress, perform better under pressure or quite simply, to be more contented, more often. Enjoy the benefits of breathing well and relaxing in daily life. Instructor, Kumkum Seth, is certified in the Satyananda and Sivananda traditions.
We meet Wednesdays 10:30h to 11:15h in central Lausanne (St. François/ Flon), convenient to parking and public transport. Free trial class. Regular classes cost CHF 15. Fees payable to Kumkum directly.
Please note: There are no classes on February 25th and March 4th.
