Free Spirits Artlab EPFL – Guided Visit

About this event :

Where art meets science: Opened in November 2016 as part of a long-term project by EPFL to make the campus more dynamic, the artlab initiative aims to build bridges between “hard science and the humanities”, a field in which EPFL continues to grow in importance.

Japanese architect Kengo Kuma’s bold design named “Under One Roof” combines three spaces. The first where visitors learn about main research projects underway, the second houses hosts current innovative art installations exhibitions and the third is devoted to preserving the Montreux Jazz Festival archives.
