What better way to start 2017 than catching up with your IWC friends and hearing about the new ventures and events the club will introduce and host in 2017. During the long dark nights of January thoughts turn to the spring and summer which are just “around the corner”. At this month’s meeting Amelie Vouardoux from Tourisme Vaud will talk about unusual and lesser known traditions and culinary experiences in and around the canton of Vaud.
