1.Room Hire For IWC members running Activity Groups Exclusively for IWC Members (with or without fee for expenses).

The meeting room seating approx 12-15 persons
or
The library seating approx 8 persons may be booked, subject to availability, free of charge.

2. Room Hire for IWC members running an affiliated activity group (fee paying) offering IWC members first in line for sign up but allowed to bring in non-members to make up the numbers.

The Activity Leader will have to pay for the rental of the room. IWC partcipants are entitled to the first session free and to a reduced price for the other sessions.

Full day: CHF 75
Half day: CHF 45
Evening (from 17h): CHF 50

One parking space and use of the kitchen facilities included- beamer and flip chart available free of charge – to be notified in advance.

N.B. These are special rates for members of the IWC, non-members pay the double.

1. Ground Floor Conference Space.

Following the donation by the IWC membership on the anniversary of the Foundation Madeleine Moret, the entirely renovated conference space seating approx 20 persons may be hired, subject to availability, at a discounted rate.

Full day: CHF 75
Half day: CHF 50
Evening (from 17h): CHF 55

Adjacent library space: CHF 40

One parking place to be included in rental price. On demand the possibility of 4 parking places in the courtyard, CHF 15 per day per place.

2. Upstairs Attic Space with seating capacity of approx 50 persons.

Full day: CHF 150
Half day: CHF 90
Evening: CHF 130

Yoga class (no furniture ) 90 mins: CHF 45

Adjacent small conference room also available on demand: CHF 70 full day.

One parking place to be included in rental price. On demand the possibility of 4 parking places in the courtyard, CHF 15 per day per place.
